CHALLENGE
GN Group, a well-known developer operating in Poland, faced the challenge of creating a temporary sales website for a new investment located at Pułaskiego 23 in Poznań.
The main goal of this website was to support the pre-sale of apartments and effectively generate sales leads through contact forms from potentially interested clients. Due to the temporary nature of the project, it was necessary to quickly implement a highly usable website with a clear message and an attractive presentation of the offer.
SOLUTION
In collaboration with Taifun Studio, which prepared the website design in Figma, our team proceeded with the implementation using the Webflow tool. This modern builder allowed for the rapid creation of a responsive and visually appealing One Page website in line with the client’s vision.
KEY ELEMENTS OF IMPLEMENTATION
The website focuses on a clear presentation of the offer, highlighting the advantages of the location and the building architecture.
To maximize the convenience for potential clients to sign up for the list of interested parties, the form was placed in strategic locations on the website, ensuring easy access.
Over 70% of users visiting the website are people using mobile devices, so we focused on ensuring full responsiveness of the project.
Thanks to using Webflow, the process of implementing from accepting the graphic project to the final launch of the website took only a few days, allowing GN Group to quickly start the pre-sale campaign.
The website pulaskiego23.pl became an effective tool supporting the pre-sale of apartments in the GN Group investment. The website attracted a large number of visitors, and numerous leads collected through contact forms allowed for the successful start of the marketing campaign. The use of simple but effective solutions in the UX/UI area allowed for the maximum utilization of the website’s potential, which in turn translated into real interest in the investment.
