CHALLENGE
Masterm, a developer responsible for a waterfront development in Swinoujscie, faced the challenge of creating a modern and functional website designed to effectively attract the attention of potential customers.
The goal of the site was to not only present the offer attractively, but also to generate sales leads through contact forms. A key element was also the integration of an advanced 3D mockup, created by an outside firm, to visually engage visitors.
SOLUTION
The team of Taifun Studio developed a modern, minimalist design for the website using Figma, which was then implemented using the Webflow platform. The ready-made project was exported as HTML/CSS/JS code and deployed on the client’s server, allowing full control over hosting and further modifications.
The One Page website was designed with an intuitive and user-friendly interface in mind. Users can easily navigate through sections describing the investment, browse visualization details, and quickly get in touch with the sales team thanks to a simple contact form. An important feature is also the implementation of a 3D mock-up, which grabs attention and allows potential buyers to explore the investment and its surroundings in detail.
KEY ELEMENTS OF IMPLEMENTATION
The implemented website offers an interactive project, including a 3D mock-up, which provides users with a comprehensive visual experience. This significantly supports the presentation of the offer, emphasizing modern design and professionalism.
The website effectively generates sales leads thanks to the integration of contact forms and a clear presentation of the offer.
Although the website was deployed as a static HTML/CSS/JS page on the client's server, it required basic programming knowledge in web development, Masterm gained full control over hosting and the website's service, allowing for future individual customization.
The implemented website met the client’s expectations, becoming an effective sales tool. Thanks to the interactive project and the integration of contact forms, the website effectively generates sales leads. The 3D mock-up provides users with a comprehensive visual experience, significantly supporting the presentation of the offer.
