CHALLENGE
STODOLA KEBAP’N GRILL is a rapidly growing restaurant chain specializing in fast food cuisine, particularly kebabs and grilled dishes. With an increasing number of locations and a constant demand for fresh ingredients, the company faced the challenge of optimizing the management of cold storage inventory—a key factor for maintaining smooth operations and the quality of served meals. The chain needed a solution that would allow access to the system from anywhere in the world and be compatible with various devices—from desktop computers to smartphones and tablets.
STODOLA KEBAP’N GRILL approached us with the challenge of developing a modern cold storage inventory management system that had to meet the following criteria: – Global system accessibility – the ability to manage it from anywhere in the world, – Compatibility with various devices, meaning the system had to work on both desktop computers and mobile devices, – A variety of user permission levels, which required creating different views and functionalities depending on user roles.
SOLUTION
To meet the client’s requirements, we designed and implemented a system based on Progressive Web App (PWA) technology, ensuring fast performance, offline availability, and responsiveness across various devices.
The system consists of three types of users, each with access to dedicated views and functions depending on their permission level:
– Administrators have full access to inventory levels, all reports, and all system management functions.
– Regional managers can monitor and manage inventory levels in their regions, having limited access to administrative functions.
– Employees have access only to necessary functions allowing them to update inventory levels, with simplified views to ensure intuitive user experience.
WordPress CMS was used as the content management system for handling the database and administration, enabling easy data management and editing by non-technical users. On the user side, the Angular framework was used to build a dynamic, responsive application.

Global system accessibility from anywhere in the world, allowing centralized inventory management across all locations.
Automating inventory processes sped up operational activities, eliminating manual updates and errors resulting from traditional management.
Increased efficiency thanks to tailored functions and views, streamlining processes at the local restaurant level and across the entire network.
The system was designed in a way that makes it easy to scale to new locations, supporting the company’s further growth.
Project for STODOLA KEBAP’N GRILL shows how modern technologies, such as PWA, WordPress, and Angular, can significantly improve the management of operational processes in the food industry. The flexibility of the system and its adaptation to different devices and user roles gave the company a tool that not only increases efficiency but also allows for further development without concerns about system scalability. We delivered a solution that perfectly aligned with the needs of a rapidly expanding restaurant chain.
